• Bath tub at 1/4 cup per soak = 50 tubs

• Pour the soak under warm running water in your tub OR
• Mix the soak into warm water in your foot soak
• Use as is, or add essential oils, rose petals, colloidal oats, fresh herbs, honey . . . whatever suits your mood
