- Mini bar: appx 20 grams* (cured)
- Bulk brick: appx 2 kilograms (made fresh to order)
During the curing process water evaporates & weight decreases, though shape remains the same. Fully cured bars are harder, so last longer, provided they are allowed to dry between uses.

How to Process Bulk Bricks
Cut to Desired Sizes & Shapes
- Using a non-serrated cutting edge (knife, pastry scraper, etc.) carefully cut the bricks into whatever size or shape you wish.
- You can mold chunks of the brick like playdough, if you wish, to make a ball-shaped bar, too 😊
- Alternatively, you can soften some of the brick and roll it out, then cut into shapes with cookie cutters. Note: you may find it easier to roll out between sheets of parchment or silicone.
Cure
- Place the bars on trays lined with a mesh or rack (for airflow), ensuring you leave a bit of air space on all sides.
- Place the trays in a warm, dry place away from direct sunlight & heat.
- Allow 3-4 weeks minimum for the bars to dehydrate, which will make them harder so they last longer.
